When you open the pack, you might notice a slight smell. This is normal and will go away once the meat is in the air. We try to remove all bones, but there may still be a few.

Cooking Instructions:
Shallow Fry – From Chilled:
For best results, let the meat warm to room temperature before cooking. Take off all packaging. Make sure the meat is fully hot before eating, and do not reheat it. These are just general guidelines as cooking appliances can differ. Heat a pan on high and add 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil. Cook the mince until browned:

  • 250g: 6-8 minutes
  • 500g-800g: 8-10 minutes
  • 800g-1.1kg: 10-14 minutes

Once browned, you can use it in your recipe. Always check that it’s hot all the way through before serving, and do not reheat.
