1) How can I be sure that my Meat will be fresh upon arrival?

We do everything to ensure that your goods arrive on your doorstep as fresh as the moment it was hand prepared by our butcher. We use specially designed temperature controlled boxes and ice packs which ensure that the meat and poultry products stay below the optimal temperature for up to 48 hours.

2) For how long does the Meat stay fresh in the packaged box?

Our packaging has been tested to show that the contents of the box will remain at the desired temperature for up to 48 hours, although our courier delivers within 24 hours of collection. On the rare occasion your box cannot be delivered the contents will stay fresh but it is the customer’s responsibility to manage their delivery and refrigerate immediately at the time of receiving the delivery.

3) What about your frozen products?

Our frozen products are packed specially to hold the temperature for a longer period of time, placed in our unique thermal insulated boxes.

4) Can I freeze my meat?

Absolutely! You have two choices with your fresh produce: 1.) Store in the fridge and consume within the ‘use by’ date or; 2.) Store in your freezer and consume within 3 months.

5) Products 

What allergy risks are associated with your products?
Some of our products may contain traces of nuts and other allergens. If you require information about a specific product, please contact us.

Have any Haji Baba products been previously frozen?
Each product Haji Baba offers is fresh and never frozen within the supply chain.

Does Haji Baba have products available that are not on the website?
Our products will vary with seasonality- please contact us to discuss a special order or request and we will endeavour to help.

Are Haji Baba products enhanced in anyway?
None of our products are neither injected or pumped in any way as part of our Company Policy.

How does Haji Baba ensure that their products are of the highest of quality?
We only source from BRC Accredited Abattoirs where livestock are treated and prepared according to strict rules set out by UK and EU legislation governing the humane and welfare treatment of animals.

7) How quickly will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered within 24 hours from being dispatched. We deliver from Tuesday through to Friday. You can select your delivery date in checkout which gives you the flexibility of arranging for someone to be in to collect your parcel.

8) What if I am not in?

I am not going to be in… don’t worry – there are options! Firstly, ensure that you fill out the ‘Delivery Instructions’ to help the driver get your order to a safe place – whether it be at a neighbour’s house or by the side of the shed! The boxes are robust, well insulated and sealed so do not worry about them being left outside.

We will text you with delivery information so hopefully you can co-ordinate your box’s safe delivery.

10) What days and times do you deliver?

We use third party couriers who operate a Tuesday through to Friday delivery service. This means that your last chance of placing an order for delivery the same week is a Thursday morning before 9AM. 

11) How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery charge is £10. Orders over £75 will attract free delivery.

12) Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the whole of Mainland.

14) How do I change/cancel an order I have made?

If you need to change/cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible here: 0203 538 8088 contact us. Provided we have sufficient time we will endeavour to alter or cancel your order.

15) What payment methods do you accept?

All cards registered in the UK can be used to pay online, whereas NO overseas cards may be accepted.

16) Is Payment Secure?

Shopping with us is perfectly safe. World pay is a secure payment gateway and it offers the most secure service. We do not save your card details on our site and the checkout process is secured with your bank. We have been verified by World pay which guarantees a secure checkout area so rest assured, your card details are safe.
