Cooking Guidelines:
Grill – From Chilled:
Preheat the grill. Place the sausages on a grill pan and cook over medium to high heat for 15-18 minutes, turning occasionally.
Oven Cook – From Chilled:
Place the sausages on a baking tray and cook in the center of a preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 for 25-30 minutes, turning once during cooking.
Shallow Fry – From Chilled:
Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Shallow fry the sausages over moderate heat for 15-18 minutes, turning frequently. Drain well before serving.
