Upon opening a faint smell is released from the pack. This is normal and will disappear when the meat is exposed to the air. Extra care has been taken to remove bones, although some may remain.

 

Cooking Guidelines:

For best results prior to cooking bring the meat to room temperature. Remove all packaging. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat. Once cooked remove from heat, keep in a warm place, but do not cover. Allow meat to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only. Grill – From Chilled: Pre-heat the grill to medium, place the steak under the grill and cook to your liking. Rare: 4 minutes on each side; medium: 5 minutes on each side; well done: 7-8 minutes on each side.
