Upon opening, you may notice a faint smell, which is completely normal and will fade once the meat is exposed to air. While we take care to remove all bones, some small ones may still remain.

#OvenCooking: For optimal results, take the meat out of the fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Remove all packaging. Preheat your oven to 160°C/325°F (fan 150°C) or Gas Mark 3. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and brown the meat for 1-2 minutes to #sealInFlavour and #lockInJuices. Transfer to an #ovenproofDish, add stock, cover, and cook in the oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Alternatively, cook on the hob for the same amount of time. Ensure the meat is #pipingHot before serving. Do not #reheat. For #tenderness and #succulence, let the lamb rest in a warm place, uncovered, for at least 5 minutes after cooking. These are #guidelines only.
