Upon opening a faint smell is released from the pack. This is normal and will disappear when the meat is exposed to the air. Extra care has been taken to remove bones, although some may remain.
Cooking Instructions – General: For best results remove from refrigerator and remove from packaging for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking. Remove all packaging. Brush the chop with oil and season with salt and pepper (optional). Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only. Shallow Fry – From Chilled: Pre-heat your pan over a high heat, then reduce to medium and carefully place the chop in the pan and cook to your liking, turning once during cooking. Medium: 5-6 minutes on each side; Well done: 6-7 minutes on each side.
