Upon opening a faint smell is released from the pack. This is normal and will disappear when the meat is exposed to the air. Extra care has been taken to remove bones, although some may remain.
Cooking Guidelines:
Oven cook – From Chilled: For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/400°F/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Brush the chicken with oil and season with salt & pepper (optional). Place in an oven proof dish, spread wings out evenly and cook for 20-25 minutes. To ensure the chicken is fully cooked, insert a skewer into the thickest part of the meat. If the juices run clear, not pink, it is fully cooked through. Check product is piping hot before serving.
