Cooking Guidelines:
Grill – From Chilled: Pre-heat the grill. Place sausages onto a grill pan. Grill on a medium to high heat for 15-18 minutes. Turn occasionally.
Oven cook – From Chilled: Place sausages on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/400°F/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 for 25-30 minutes, turning once during cooking.
Shallow Fry – From Chilled: Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan. Shallow fry the sausages for 15-18 minutes over a moderate heat. Turn frequently. Drain well.
